Where is 20 Diamonds and Pearls located?

Our headquarters is located in the state of New Jersey. We do not have a storefront, so drop in shopping is currently unavailable.
How do I know what size to order?

The sizing of each product varies. Please refer to the Sizing Guide for product details on fit and sizing.
What does "made to order" mean?

Because we offer a wide variety of colors and sizes in many of our items, we are unable to keep every size and color variation in stock at all times. Therefore, these items are not created until you order them. Generally, made to order items are fulfilled within 2-7 business days, but the timing may vary during extremely busy or holiday seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases, in stock items and ready to ship orders placed by 1:00 pm ET are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please check our website for notifications regarding shipping delays.
